Biography

Born on February 3, 1976 in Severodonets, Luhansk Oblast.

Graduated from the Yaroslav Mudriy National Law Academy (Kharkiv) and the Kharkiv State University. Has had the right to practice law since 1998.

After his studies, he worked for a brief period at audit and consulting firm, Arthur Andersen.

Maxim Oleksiyuk is a Member of the Luhansk City Bar Association.
