Substantiation to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of the absence of the violation of the law in the field of advertisment in actions of the client
KM Partners provided legal support to the well-known
company - producer of household items on the matter connected with
the investigation of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Analysing client's commercial ad officials of the
Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine ascertained that there was no
evidence of violation of the law, envisaged by Article 15-1 of the
Law of Ukraine “On Protection against Unfair Competition”, in form
of the dissemination of the misleading information.
The well-known commercial ad, shown at many ukrainian
tv-channels was the object of analysis. As a result of held
negotiations and their own investigation the Antimonopoly Committee
of Ukraine came to conclusion that there is no grounds for brining
the case to the court and the information that contains the
commercial ad is true.
