On June 24th KM Partners law firm together with the
Institute of System Analysis of Civil Society, held a round-table –
press-conference “Anticipated risks and adverse consequences of
adoption of the new Tax Code”, the participants of the meeting were
experts and the representatives of large foreign and domestic
business.
The aim of the meeting was to highlight the public position that
was stated earlier, and was based on the results of the analysis
and discussion with business representatives and experts.
The non-acceptance of the Tax Code in its present version and
presentation of position of the participants of the meeting are
reflected in the appeal to the President of Ukraine, Chairman of
the Verkhovna Rada and Prime Minister of Ukraine. The text of the
