KM Partners law firm represented its client in the court case # 2-a-1043/2010р regarding the debt collection of communal tax in the amount of more than 650 thousand UAH. KM Partners have proved in the court that the local government body, which is the plaintiff, has no authority to initiate court case on tax debt collection, because it is the authority of tax administration. As a result of the case the court decided to leave the claim without consideration.
