Representing client's interests in court lawyers of the law firm KM Partners succeeded in cancellation of the Department of control over production and circulation of alcohol, spirits and tobacco goods of State Tax Administration of Ukraine decision in the amount of about 9.5 million hryvnia.

The subject of suit was the decision of the Department of control over production and circulation of alcohol, spirits and tobacco goods of State Tax Administration of Ukraine  for the application of fine sanctions to the company for, supposedly, violation of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine «On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit spirits, alcoholic drinks and tobacco products», namely: the storage of tobacco products in places not listed in the Unified Register.

Under the decision of Kharkiv Regional Administrative Court dated February,12, 2010 in case # 2-a-42852/09/2070 claims have been fully satisfied, recognised unlawful and the decision of the Department of control over production and circulation of alcohol, spirits and tobacco goods of State Tax Administration of Ukraine  on application of fine sanctions was cancelled.
