KM Partners provided legal support of case on claim of Tetra Pak Ltd., Vitmark Ukraine and Cocа-Cola Beverages Ukraine Ltd. to Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry for environmental protection of Ukraine and State tax administration on recognition of their collective order # 789/414/709 of July 30, 2009, unlawful and invalid.

On December 23, after the consideration of the case, Kyiv Regional Administrative Court satisfied the claim and adopted decision on recognition invalid since adoption of the order # 789/414/709 of July 30, 2009, issued jointly by Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry for environmental protection of Ukraine and State tax administration. The court resolved to satisfy claimants’ petition regarding measures on security for the claim and stop effect of the order before the moment the court decision comes into force.
